We believe that each player is on an individual pathway based on several factors including, but not limited to physiology, spatial awareness, focus, athleticism, and dedication. We empower individuals to take control of their own player pathway and believe that every player can achieve their goals by putting in the Xtra Time.
Our Program
Our Philosophy
We utilize high intensity drills at speed and under pressure in tight spaces to improve the players speed of play. We strive to bridge the gap between what their club is offering and what it takes to become the player they aspire to be.
Our Format
To achieve optimal results, we train in small groups, ideally 3-5 players who play at similar skill level. Groups create synergy by capitalizing on existing chemistry and competitiveness to better the players as individuals all while creating measurable results on the field.
